Welcome to Bridge Stock. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://bridgestock.shop/ (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Account Terms

1.1 You may be required to create an account to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at shopkushagra@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years of age, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or place an order.

1.4 Bridge Stock reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Bridge Stock reserves the right to change prices, offers, and discounts at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will apply to that order.

2.3 All payment methods are accepted and processed securely through Razorpay. Bridge Stock does not store your card or banking details.

2.4 In the event of a payment failure after debit from your account, the amount is typically reversed by your bank/payment provider within 7 business days. Please contact us at shopkushagra@gmail.com if this does not occur.

2.5 Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, carries a handling fee of ₹99, shown clearly at checkout before you place your order. This fee is refundable if we cancel your order due to a stockout, or if delivery fails due to a courier/logistics issue or an address/contact error on our end. It is non-refundable if you cancel the order for unrelated reasons, or if delivery fails due to an incorrect address, an unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept the package. COD may not be available for all pin codes or order values.

3. Product Descriptions

3.1 We make every reasonable effort to display product details, images, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in colour, size, or packaging may occur due to photography, lighting, or supplier updates, and do not constitute a defect.

3.2 Bridge Stock does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. If a product is found to be materially different from its description, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

3.3 We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Order Acceptance

4.1 Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Bridge Stock reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues identified with your account or payment.

4.2 An order confirmation email/SMS does not guarantee acceptance of your order — it confirms that we have received it. A separate shipping confirmation indicates that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

4.3 If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund of the order value will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Where a COD handling fee was charged, its refundability is governed by Section 2.5, not this clause — the COD fee is refunded only under the conditions stated there, regardless of when in the cancellation process it occurs.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Bridge Stock ships to addresses within India. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimated at 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch, though actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Shipping charges for orders below this amount, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5.3 Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancy to shopkushagra@gmail.com within 48 hours, per Section 6 below.

5.4 Bridge Stock is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, or delays caused by the courier partner or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review product details, images, and specifications carefully before ordering.

6.2 If your item arrives physically damaged, or arrives with no visible damage but does not power on or function correctly (dead-on-arrival), you are eligible for a free exchange, subject to the following:

• You must record an unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time, clearly capturing the damage, defect, or malfunction. This requirement applies equally to visible physical damage and to non-functional units with no visible damage.
• The claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, by contacting shopkushagra@gmail.com with your order number and the video.
• Claims submitted without valid video proof cannot be processed.

6.3 Once a claim is verified, we will arrange a free replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead, including your COD fee if one was charged. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI, for which you may be asked to provide your bank details.

6.4 Shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable, except where the exchange or refund is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

7.1 Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.

7.2 Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including placing orders with stolen payment information.

7.3 Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site's functioning or security.

7.4 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other user accounts, or connected systems.

7.5 Use the Site for any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harassing purpose, including towards Bridge Stock's staff or other customers.

7.6 Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without our express written permission.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Bridge Stock, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8.2 Bridge Stock's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Bridge Stock's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8.4 The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

9.2 Subject to applicable consumer protection provisions that entitle you to approach a consumer forum in your own jurisdiction, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Meerut, India.

9.3 In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer can be contacted as follows:

10. Changes to These Terms

Bridge Stock reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
